Who I am
Hi, my name is Greg and I'm a 27 year old web designer from Ayr, Scotland. I'm a mildly cynical self proclaimed perfectionist who has a long standing love affair with the internet, Apple products, gaming, Korean pop music and my 2 year old Gordon Setter; Piper.
History of my love affair with the web
I started down the technological warpath at the tender age of 13. Toying around with qBasic on my dad's old desktop opened my eyes to the joys of creation, experimentation and a wonderful marrige of technical and artistic skill combined in one world. I was hooked.
It wasn't too long till my programming and creation took me into the cloud, learning the basics of html one afternoon from a close friend while not paying attention in Geography class was all I needed to launch my web design career, and I haven't stopped since.
My passion for design and coding come together harmoniously as a web designer. It has fuelled my creativity and curiosity to constantly keep me striving to reach new heights and learn new skills. I have taught myself the ins and outs of the industry over the last 10 years and I still relish every new technique I learn.
The ever evolving web design industry has me constantly learning and leaves me feeling more accomplished and satisfied with my efforts each week. I can't see myself finding another industry which can challenge, push and excite me is so many different ways.
It's my passion, and my business.
